Hacking PS3 JB to ISO games crashing via MultiMan / WebManMod

Hi all,

I have started converting my games from the classic JB format (folder) to ISO since I've upgraded my HDD to SSD and just want ease when it comes to transfers.

I have been using PS3 ISO Tools 2.2
My PS3 ISO Tools settings are:
PS3 System: CFW. Highest version available in app which is 4.76.
Patch games to firmware is deselected.
Everything else that is selected is:
"Exclude "PS3_Update" - Folder from ISO(s).
Use "makeps3iso".

Now quite a few games work over 20 so far. However, I have at least three that will either, crash the PS3 SuperSlim hard; where it will show as no power to the console, you press the button, then press again to turn on (Ratchet & Clank Trilogy). - Or, the game will load but when it comes to the create new game save, the game will black screen, when this does happen I can exit to XMB (Katamari Forever).

Has anyone had any similar issues before?
My set up is:
PS3 Super Slim 43XX model.
Currently 4.86 OFW using PS3Hen latest version.
1TB SSD.

Any help would be great.

I ran Ratchet & Clank Trilogy from iso iirc, I always uncheck the "Use makeps3iso", maybe it can help you
