Hardware PS4 1216A power supply issue.

Hello all,

I have a power supply from a PS4 1216A that has clearly a failed component. The problem is I cannot find what it is. I thought is a Hi-Pot but what value? Is made by Delta. Look at the attached pic.

Any idea what it is and where I can find it?
