Hardware PS4 Fat unexpectedly shuts down/power on

Hi, my first gen PS4 fat unexpectedly shut down during playing a game.
When turning on, after 5 min it shut down it self. This mosly happen in the first hour when playing a game, last time my PS4 turn on by it self. I think have something to do with touch buttons, I got the same problem with my fat PS3 back in the day.
But I remember there was a fix for this problem, but I don't know anymore.
Can I do something about it?
