you are aware that atmosphere is anti piracy right?

Except I'm not using it for piracy, I am banned and I'm using it for my legal backups of the carts I own so I don't need to switch them around or even bring them with me when I go out. It's also how I'm installing updates as I'm banned from grabbing them from the CDN. So untill the patches are updated I'm happy to go back to ReniNX

I am also curious... since I have SX Pro from yesterday and never used it... i think hacking switch is to early and lot of things changes rapidly. For your problem probably warez sites are best place to find updates, probably for games that rest of it is downloadable from CDN too.

Can you play the snes? To the genesis? At the gba? On the nintendo eshop? This is just an example, these are for homebrew, then if you have 3 switches at home, you will buy 3 zelda games? To be able to play your game at your own pace? I don't defend piracy, I don't have a child and only a switch, so I only make assumptions.

Honestly I don't see the point in hacking the switch still so early in it's life people should wait until the console is no longer getting support, this is why users are getting upset about getting banned when nintendo catches them out. I don't want to be "that girl" but they do ask for it.

Thanks for trying to help my man. But I know where to get updates and backups of the carts I own. I was just replying to the guy who thought I was using atmosphere for just strictly piracy, which just isn't the case.

i still feel hacking the switch this early is just dumb.

Then don't do it. Let the "dumb" do what they want.

You just prevent yourself from playing homebrews including emulators, backup your saves of any games (not just the one having this "online" feature), play backup etc...
