The UP buttons are always active, it is not possible to play games (enzo3.65)or go in recovery mode or turn on SD2Vita with the combination L-hold and turn on vita.
What can i do to fix that ?

It's possible your left controller board is not connected properly.

You could open the vita, disconnect and reconnect the belt to test both ends (both controller and motherboard sides).

If the belt is broken, you can order one.

If not, the left board may be faulty, you could order one.

Or it may be software?

Thanks for the advice, I'll open it and clean everything that is possible. Hopefully it's just the dust otherwise I'll have to let my soldering iron work.
