A tutorial/links would be great! The youtube uploader sent me this:
"Just extract the icons from the topmenu_plugin.rco with rco edit and resize the mainicons to 64x48
and secondery to 48x48 save as 8-bit 256colors png with gimp or fireworks thats it."

..except I don't know what that means- how do I extract the icons? How do I resize the main & secondary icons (and how do I identify them)? Annd what's gimp/fireworks?
