On account of not having FBI on an unlinked 9.2.0U emuNAND on a New 3DS, I have to reformat emuNAND. Is there any way at all to backup and restore my Mii Plaza and Streetpass Plaza data? That's really all I have to lose, but I really don't want to lose that.

The save of Mii Plaza is stored in NAND. You can manually backup the save by following that "manual system transfer" thread.

I think
- Decrypt both source and target's NAND
- Export source Mii Plaza & StreetPass saves if you know where they are
- Import the saves to your target console's NAND
- After the save import completed, re-encrypt target NAND and restore it
will work.

(Edit)
Oh, what #8 said is what I said above.

Is there absolutely, positively no way to do this on sysnand 10.3? Even with memchunkhax2? I don't even want to transfer to another 3DS. I just want to back it up, system format, downgrade, then restore the save.

Or better yet, a way to delete whatever save data is resulting in a corrupted 9.2 sysnand (I assume it's something that was added in 9.6, as I have been able to successfully downgrade to 9.6).
