[I try to make this as professional as possible.]
So I've been wondering with arms' cfw with how people in the community how it is great and much better than using CFWs' like RxTools and how it is outdated, and other great positive feedback from it. I thought to myself for a while and I would like to give it a shot; switching from RxTools to arms' cfw (AuReiNAND.)
Problem is, I know little to none about it so I have many questions; some noobish and some none noobish questions (unless all of my questions were noobish.)
I just want to be sure with my decision; I don't want to regret it in any way possible.

What I have:
- Nintendo 2DS: sysNAND 9.2.0-U, emuNAND 10.7-U (RxTools)
- NANDS are unlinked (unlinked them by formatting sysNAND)
- sysNAND is backed up
- Homebrew; through menuhax
Questions:
- What is the best/current guide to follow for noobs installing arms' cfw?
- When I have everything set up (having arms, and AuReiNAND installed), what are the do's and don'ts? (Do I still have to update through System Settings?, etc.)
- How does arms work? Does it switch the NANDs' system between emuNAND and sysNAND?
- I've tried to install TWL_Firm on my system but never got it to work; tried using a Gateway blue card and it didn't work. I have heard that people with AuReiNAND has made their Gateway blue card work but is this guaranteed?
