Hacking Question Regarding Theme Mii

I am trying to save a CSM of an MYM theme and I keep getting

What does this mean and how do I fix it? I saw another thread about this issue but really didn't understand it fully. Help would be appreciated! Thanks!

its saying it cant find the EU iplsetting file in your US app base

before creating the csm look at the sdta section for one saying EU2/iplsetting.ash and click the - button on it

it should be sdta33

SUCCESS! The theme is perfect. Still need to fix a few things in my mod of it though...

The Super Sonic theme doesnt have that unfortunately
