As I said elsewhere, just get the latest one direct from Yasu's site since he tracks downloads/popularity as well and now includes english in it.

How do you save the file into a usrcheat.dat file? I can only see R4DS, Cyclo, Edge... etc.

Uh, turn off the encryption then choose R4DS, and the filename should be usrcheat. That's it.
