Hacking R4 SDHC Dual core(2017) Flashcard kernel help

I have a R4 SDHC Dual core(2017) and i keep getting the cant open _dsmenu.dat error and i cant seem to find the file anywhere.
Please help!

The website is defunct if its the same card that I have wwwdotr4isdhcdotcomdotcn (looks like wwwdotr4lsdhcdotcomdotcn) the card even has a 16 digit verify code that doesnt work on R4 site. Ive tried for months to get this card to work" can't open _dsmenu.dat " is all that appears, ive tried Wood firm ware, and the multiCart guide on this forum. Id love to find out why it wont match any thing, using a Luma (current firmware) n3ds and a 2DS. Also I have an original NDS gen one. Same error on all three systems.
