hi, i accidentally delete r4isdhc-backup.bin file, and after ntr boot i can't restore my flashcard, Is there a copy of the backup file?

Try a different torrent client. Currently, I'm using qBitTorrent and it works just fine.

Magnet links requires a torrent client (just in case you don't know), qBittorrent is also my recommended one.

If it still doesn't work just copy the magnet link, open qBittorrent, go to File > Add Torrent Link

Can you provide a PCB image of your flash card and any other images if possible?

Is this last error during flashing the firmware or after you flashed and trying to play it? If it's the latter, then it's probably the timebomb of the flashcart, you could try running YSMenu:

That is a 'timebomb'. Fake flash cards have this that force you to buy more flash cards, its a total scam. Download YSMenu from RetroGameFan's updates.

You're putting the files on the root of the sd card on your flashcart and not on your 3DS, right? Can you post a pic of the contents in your sd card?
