I tried to install RGF MCU
Try changing the name of Default.nds to _DS_MSHL.NDS but it doesn't work...

Did you try on a newly formatted SDHC card with nothing else on it?

Make sure the only files you have on your SDHC card are the following from the R4SDHC folder in RGF MCU

_PATCH folder
_system_ folder
Games folder
TTMenu folder
_DS_MENU.DAT
_DS_MENU.INI
_DS_MENU.SYS
DEFAULT.nds
r4dldi.dat

The Games folder is necessary but it just makes life easier.

If this doesn't work please say what happens when you try to start your cart i.e. any warning messages or symbols etc.

My flashcart original kernel has not those folders. I only have R4iMenu folder and all the other files you said. The official website of my flashcart is http://www.r4isdhc.com/
However, the message I got is the neverending "Loading" and nothing is going to happen.
I thought it was a _DS_MENU.DAT problem but I am not able to edit it.

I got those folders from the RGF MCU in the R4SDHC folder which is what I am trying to get you to install instead of the official r4sdhc.com kernel as on your cart it works as a full replacement kernel so please format your SDHC cart (after you have backed up your current game data) and place all the files and folders from the R4SDHC folder in RetroGameFans Multi Cart Update onto your SDHC card.

I got the black screen with the message "Loading..." so I renamed DEFAULT.nds to _DS_MSHL.NDS, but I got the same result: black screen and nevereding mesage "Loading".

Then I'm stumped. RGF MCU should work as a replacement kernel for your cart but obviously for you it isn't. I'm afraid you're going to have to go back to a dual boot system with your old kernel and RGF MCU but as all the skins to the old r4isdhc cart have been taken off the site then I'm afraid you're stuck with the old skin. Sorry.

Right. I couldn't find any working r4isdhc skins before but now it appears to be back up and running. http://www.r4sdhc.com/skindown.asp

It also gives you instructions on how to change skins. Hope this helps with the skin problem.
