Hardware ram upgrade!

hello again!

This time I'm upgrading my ram and need some help.

My current specs are: Cpu: AMD Phenom(tm) II x6 1055T processor 2.80 GHz
ram: 4 gig DDR 2 (very slow afaik)
Gfx card: Nvidia GTX 460
Motherboard: Asrock K10N78FullHD-HSLI.
PSU: 460 W (dunno if you need this info)

I was wanting to buy 4x this http://www.ebuyer.com/product/147903 . However looking at my motherboard page it only mentions ddr2 so I guess I can't use that?

Anyone got recommendations on what to do? The ddr2 stuff seems way more expensive! it would be great if someone could advise me what to buy! I'm definitely looking to upgrade to 8 gig eitherway. It would be great if someone could link me to some Ram on ebuyer that would be the best for me :)

    I've been to his chicken restaurant he started in his 2nd movie, Holy Chicken, was pretty good. It is only 15-20 miles from me in Ohio. It only lasted 1 yr or so then closed tho.

    There are very few people I just have just an immense dislike of and he's one of those very few people, the only other example is Gene Simmons. My musician uncle on my mother's side of the family actually met Gene once during some event and said he was the most unpleasant person to be around.
