After a number of unintentional teases and rumors, Rockstar Games announced this morning that Red Dead Redemption, as well as its expansion Undead Nightmare, are coming to PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch, ported from their original release on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. These releases will be available on August 17th. No word on a PC version.
The game will most likely not be coming to Xbox Series or One consoles, as the Xbox 360 version can already be played on a Series console at 4K.
