I couldn't implement it because it was too big.You need to use an original save file, I gave it to @Robz8 but I dunno if he made use of it. I'll post it here if I can find it.
You boot HiyaCFW in Unlaunch first. How do you launch HiyaCFW? Doesn't it automatically boot up before TWLMenu++?

You boot HiyaCFW in Unlaunch first.
After selecting hiyaCFW, hold SELECT, and turn off Title autoboot. When I open HiyaCFW from unlaunch it automatically goes to TWLMenu++ and it still says: 301003: There was a problem while creating the initialisation data. Returning to DSi Menu.
Okay, so I did that, it boots up to the DS(i) menu, it shows the TWLMenu++ 'app' and I open it so that I could run the browser, still shows the error. After selecting hiyaCFW, hold SELECT, and turn off Title autoboot.
Tried it, it doesn't work shows error: The system memory is damaged. please refer to the Nintendo DSi Operations Manual for details

If you have the .nds file, then you can put it on.
First download this title manager
Then open it from unlaunch
When your in, select install and find the nds file for the browser.
Once you selected the file, press install and it will install the browser onto hiyacfw
Did you see a present on HiyaCFW? or did you still go into twilight menuI did as you said, still shows 'The system memory is damaged. please refer to the Nintendo DSi Operations Manual for details'
Did you try placing the private.sav that I shared in title/00030004/484e47xx/data? (xx is dependent upon your region)I did as you said, still shows 'The system memory is damaged. please refer to the Nintendo DSi Operations Manual for details'

I never tested the save file on other system, that's my mistake. I didn't think it would be assigned to an individual system, I had assumed Unlaunch/TWLM would work that out.Okay, so I did this, no it shows error 301003 There was a problem while creating the initialisation data. Returning to DSi Menu.
