Bravely Default, Bravely Second and Ballad of the Three Cavaliers Uncensor Patches for the English versions of the games.

Replaces all the censored Job outfits, icons, AR models, enemy models and Journal images with the uncensored originals from Japanese versions of the games.

There were similar patches by Asia81 but they're incomplete (they don't fully uncensor the games) and Ballad of the Three Cavaliers never got one to begin with, as such I decided to make my own that fully account for all the censored elements, I previously posted these in Asia81's thread but they kinda got burried so I felt it was for the best to make my own thread for them.
For those unaware what Ballad of the Three Cavaliers is, it's an official demo of Bravely Second but it's not a traditional demo that features a slice of content from the full game, rather it's a small companion game with an original story set before the events of Bravely Second.

Installation:
First, download the patch package from one of the links below which contain all the necessary files:

Bravely Default:
Mirror 1 (GDrive): https://pastebin.com/PpDncmNs

Ballad of the Three Cavaliers:
Mirror 1 (GDrive): https://pastebin.com/ZUm9Jw9r

Bravely Second:
Mirror 1 (GDrive): https://pastebin.com/Ak2sEmYQ

After downloading the patches, extract the contents of the archive with the mods to a folder of your own choice, it's compressed in 7z format which can be unpacked using 7zip or WinRAR, though I recommend 7zip for best compatibility to avoid any potential issues.

Next you'll want to make sure you're using a CFW with LayeredFS like Atmosphere.

Now simply copy the "luma" folders from these patches to the root of your 3DS' SD card and make sure you have Game Patching enabled in your LumaCFW settings.
These are made for EUR versions of the games, so if you're playing the USA versions you'll need to change the TitleID of the folder with the uncensored files from 00040000000FC600 (the EUR one) to 00040000000FC500 (the USA one) in case of Bravely Default, from 000400000017BB00 (the EUR one) to 000400000017BA00 (the USA one) in case of Bravely Second and finally from 0004000000183800 (the EUR one) to 0004000000183700 (the USA one) in case of Ballad of the Three Cavaliers. Simply rename the respective folders inside luma/titles directory.

The only thing left for you at this point is to simply start playing the games and enjoy them in all their uncensored glory!

Save editing was to add the items to your inventory, you probably still need to do it if you don't already have them.
The patch is just to uncensor the items, not to add them to your inventory.
That's correct, when it comes to first game (Bravely Default), there are certain cosmetic items that are exclusive to Japan so you still need to save edit to get them, but if you do that without using the uncensor patch then said items will be censored.

So what are the differences between playing these uncensored versions and playing the original Japenese versions with the English language options set?

Does this fix other localization changes in the script? More specifically, the changing of the character's ages?
No, if you want accurate script you'd need to retranslate the whole game because there's far too many changes. Or simply learn Japanese, which is ideal considering how many Japanese games are censored and butchered in the west nowadays.

So what are the differences between playing these uncensored versions and playing the original Japenese versions with the English language options set?
None as far as BD is concerned, but Ballad and Second never had English text option in their JP releases.

Could you please send me a 3D model of 1 male and 1 female protagonist?
I would appreciate it since I was trying for hours and still couldn't do it, but it seems you can do it with ease.
(I only have a mac and trying to run wins software on mac by whatever softwares does not works for me)

It's all good. Thank you for clarifying!

You could just download the uncensor patch, it has uncensored models in it.

Fixing the ages wouldn't be hard. "Fixing" other things would be too subjective a lot of the time, since wildly different languages might translate the same concept in a very different literal way.

And even where it's obvious that censorship happened, you still have that problem with getting an accurate script.

(And then you have Tokyo Mirage Sessions where the Japanese dub was altered outside of the original version.)

And let's not forget a shoutout to Nevermore! Without their work figuring out where the Hawkeye icon was located, as well as Canzah pointing out that Airy's bestiary model was still censored, I would never have been able to put the finishing touches on this patch.
