[Release] Floppy image for mouse and CD-ROM support in MS-DOS virtual machines

NOTE: This was tested using MS-DOS Version 6.22

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Boot up your MS-DOS VM
2. In the insert the floppy image you downloaded into the floppy slot
3. In MS-DOS type in A: in the C:\> prompt
4. Then type in SETUP
5. When it tells you to remove the floppy disk remove the image and reset your VM or insert CTRL+ALT+DEL
6. When your VM restarts you should be able to access the D:\ drive
7. To use the mouse you need to start a program that uses it
8. To test your mouse type in EDIT at the C:\> prompt and you can use your mouse!

For anyone else beating their head, this is a 5.25" 360k image. It gets read at 360/1.44 3.5" but the SETUP.BAT fails at the OS trying to access the floppy. 5.25" worked right away.
