A quick search on google returned this link. The file seems to already be patched, so you can probably skip to step 5 when using it.

I can confirm, the rePatch file works as intended. Well some parts are untranslated - I pressume they are graphics instead of text - but if you can memorize these from english (US/EU) version or grab info from Google, I guess it can be playable at this point. Thank you translation team for bringing this.
Btw it's kinda ironic how US/EU release didn't get Reimu costumes and all that stuff... no patch even, just version 1.0 ...
Oh well, time to play~!

There was tho I played it where the Intro was in english and the part where after you beat rinnosuke on the 1st dungeon the subs there was on english not japanese lol
