You can never turn them off because it makes a permanent change not a temporary one.

But I can load it with 3.6
Thats not an issue with the plugin. That means NTR isn't detecting a plugin is there
On the bottom screen, click the (i)
Use 3.6 and that may fix it.

You probably have the directory for plugins set to option #2. Clear the BootNTR data from sd:/3ds/ and then when launching it be sure to select option #1.
I guess so. I've never used option #2 but it looks about right. Have you fixed it?

please forgive my bad english. will you try working on making it compatible more on rev 0 japan version? that's the game my friend plays on and turning on no dc forces them to stay in 8th place. the anti-cheat by fish doesn't work either.
That's what No DC does. It's working correctly if that's what happens.
All of the codes should be compatible with JPN. I just never tested, so that's why it doesn't say fully compatible.

it's just that, i just want to make sure (in case if actual cheaters stumble by) i do not end up getting a connection error later on in the long run. despite that this is a good plugin anyway...

Here we have ketoprofen that used to be prescription-only because of the risk of toxic dosages, but then they halved the dose per pill and sell them in bottles of six pills apiece instead of twenty and it doesn't need a prescription any more. Yes you can buy more than one bottle but people simply don't.
