Ah, that's why.
The plugin has no way to know from where it was loaded so the path for all the files are hardcoded (can be changed by the dev though).
And the orginal path is sd:/plugin/<titleid>/. All the files created by CTRPF (including settings) will be created & read from there.

If the folder don't exists, the settings file can't be created, hence why it's no saved for you.
You're not forced to put the plugin here, but at least create the folder if you want to use all the ffeatures that rely on files (Guide Reader, Search, Freecheats etc).

Now that NTR is open source, I should be able to set a variable to read the plugin source.
But to be honest, I won't be able to work on it for a little while, too much things to do and not enough time. :P

Up to you to decide. ;)

Having an odd issue here with USun. The NTR plugin just doesn't seem to work. All of my other plugins for other games load just fine, but I get nothing with US.

The folder's header number matches the game and everything is in the root "plugin" folder. NTR launches fine but the plugin doesn't load in game. Any ideas?

So I just noticed that the green screen doesn't flash when starting the game... Any idea why that might be? The X+Y menu still works in game, though.

I will give this BlankNTRCheatThingy a try, never done this before, so this might turn out to be a failure. I understand how to make the menu, add cheats and stuff, but how to build will be a challenge. Any tips or tutorials?

I can't tell you how to fix it but I did have this once the other day. I restarted my 3DS and it was fine afterwards. Maybe try reinstalling NTR? That could help.

Will there be any for Wild Pokemon spawn?
Eventually but it takes a while to implement.

as far as i'm concerned, while there's no release of new PKhex - no!
So, waiting for PKHeX, that supports USuMo
You can always build it yourself. And before someone complains that it's difficult, it's not. I even did it on my Mac last night (yes, you can build Windows executables on Mac).
