Just play a game or something on one of your hacked consoles, while it runs, time will surely fly if you do.

I also have multiple copies of the folder so I run 4-6 batchs scripts at the same time for less work, All with custom banners done previusly for easy way to recognize episodes.

What can I do?

Is the banner file you're using 256x128 and in .png format? If so, make sure your complete path doesn't have spaces (for example something like "C:\My folder\")).

At the moment 3D videos are not officially supported but i have a private version with working 3D videos support. I tested it with a 29 FPS 3D video and it ended up running quite smooth on a N3DS (probably not full speed but surely something like 22-23 fps).

How would you put in 23.976 FPS though? Most Videos dont have a set FPS. Otherwise you get Sync issues like no other

You can use 24 FPS (for 29,997 FPS videos is not a problem to use 30 FPS) or you can convert it to a different fps with ffmpeg for example (like 23 or 24) and then use these values.
At the moment JPGV container can use only fixed fps values.

Works like a charm. Now need to convert the 3D MKV File to a MP4. Wondering though how I will take the Left/Right 3D to make it work for the 3DS which only does on top
