We only have acess to shared and user extdata. If this is in the extdata probably it will enter in Boss extdata,like spotpass or streetpass.

I don't know if it's in extdata at all, but it's certainly not in the boss (spotpass) extdata.

yeah. but the files that were in that cia now are 3ds. so i think that before installling it, it see a little byte that says how much there are and then the 3ds send that data to both the console and nintendo servers to make sure that nobody hack them.

Guys they are stored in savedata on the NAND, not in the header.
