as the title says, i cant really understand what they're saying with japanese characters, so i would appreciate it if anyone can create an english patch for it.

If you mean "soon" as in 1 or 2 years, then yes.

it probably won't come untill shippuuden airs in the US.
and that probably takes another 1½-2 years.

for some reason there are no nintendoDS/GBA shippuuden games released yet in english.

In US, you should probably see this next year (if they continue to do the Ninja Council series anyway) this game is not even worth the time for a translation to tell you the truth. The controls are very simple unless you want to read the dialogue.

Why do people continue posting here asking for requests for translation? I'm heavenly surprised that there are people who take the time to translate games, but I think people are getting too greedy and unappreciative of the support here.

The Jump Ultimate Stars project despite the delays, was amazing. It's the first fully translated DS commercial game done by the internet. That is a feast itself.
