Resident Evil 3 remake demo will be available later this week

The remake of Resident Evil 3 is almost ready for release, but before the game launches, players will be able to get to experience the remake a few days early. Capcom will be releasing a demo for Resident Evil 3, titled the Racoon City Demo, which will be available on March 19th, for players on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC. That won't be the only Resident Evil related beta going on this month either, as an open beta for Resident Evil Resistance will also be available to try, on March 27th. As previously reported, Resistance is a new Resident Evil game that features a survival co-op experience. Resident Evil 3 officially releases on April 3rd.

Awesome.

....really an increase to the second Part,I am impressed.
I really thought they make an simple "Another RE2 now with RE3 Story".....

Great Effects,Zombies are really "tough" but Resident Evil Style....really good Work. The Locations needs a little to get "familiar" definitely different, maybe it is getting "better" played in the final Game from the Beginning.Jill is Jill, you recognize her immediately. The Atmosphere is very "tight".Nemesis......please see for yourself....

Played on:

Intel i7 870 (2.93 Ghz)
16 GB RAM
Gigabyte GTX 1050 Ti Windforce 4GB
1280x720 maximal Details

60 Fps fixed

Runs perfect.

Have Fun with this "again" really great Remake:)

The Resident Evil 3 remake filesize for Xbox One has been revealed.

It is a bundle that contains the base game and Resident Evil Revelations multiplayer spin-off. The official Microsoft Store lists the file size of the bundle as 43 GB combined. The individual file size is a little different with the RE 3 Remake taking roughly 22 GB space and Resident Evil Resistance requiring 20.5 GB space.

The Playstation store listed a minimum filesize of 25 GB. We can expect the final retail version of the game to require roughly under 25 GB of hard disk space on the PS4.

The day one patch is live on the official PlayStation servers. There is no changelog to suggest what is included in the update aside from a vague mention of “bug fixes” which are generic patch notes for any Capcom game update on PS4.
The download size of this patch is roughly 220 MB so this should give you an idea of the update size.

Eventhough the New 3DS XL is more powerful, I still feel like the DS Lite was a more polished system. It's a real shame that it never got an XL variant keeping the GBA slot. You'd have to go on AliExpress and buy an ML shell to give a DS phat the unofficial "DS Lite" treatment, and that's the best we'll ever get I'm afraid.

The phat model had amazingly loud speakers tho.

@Jayro, I don't see whats so special about the DS ML, its just a DS lite in a phat shell. At least the phat model had louder speakers, whereas the lite has a much better screen.

They probably said "Hey, why not we combine the two together and make a 'new' DS to sell".
  • Veho @ Veho:
It's a DS Lite in a slightly bigger DS Lite shell.

    It's not a Nintendo / iQue official product, it's a 3rd party custom.

Nothing special about it other than it's more comfortable than the Lite
    for people with beefy hands.
