-Texture port created by me for the pcsx2 emulator, the textures were extracted from the pc version created by "Albert Marin y Cris Morales", the textures work for the Pal version "SLES-53702" and the US version "SLUS-21134".

-if you play the USA version "SLUS-21134" rename the folder "SLES-53702" to "SLUS-21134".
-the textures have a maximum of 2048x2048 it is recommended to play in x4 or x5 resolution.
- texture pack weight is 7.35 GB
-copy the "SLES-53702" folder to the pcsx2/textures directory

-It is a port of textures of the hd project version created by "Albert Marin and Cris Morales" all credits to them for the textures.

-The latest versions of pcsx2 are recommended for proper operation.

show me a picture of your pcsx2 video setup, it never crashed for me.
I'm sorry, I didn't mean PCSX2, I tested it on the AETHER SX2 Android emulator, and this is the first time it happens to me

There is another problem, when I get close to something, it shows improvement in texture, but when I move away from it, it returns to the original

Thank you so much for the work, so glad somebody took the time to do it for the PS2 version, it really means a lot!

BTW, it seems like the models are higher poly now, is this true or just textures making it look like they are?

So, I've tried everything. My emulator is up to date, the settings match, I've even tried the PAL version just so i didnt have to rename the folder, and the textures are STILL transparent.

Try an older version of the emulator, recently there were updates that changed how texture replacements displays if you upscale the textures without doing something first yet (i am not gonna explain it more in depth since is probably useless info for you), just download a older release of the nightly build of PCSX2 and you will see it works perfectly, with versions from 1.7.5500+ it will be fine

I shall try. The really messed up thing is I've used texture packs, even some used by OP, and they work just fine.

UPDATE: Yeah, 1.7.550 works fine. Sucks, but i dont mind having multiple installs.
