Sorry for my English from now.
I'm having problems with the Neo-Geo Games, whether it's Metal Slug 3, Metal Slug 5, KOF 99 to 2003, Samurai Showdown V. (KOF 94 to 98 goes perfectly) (MSG X, MSG, MSG 2, MSG 4).
RetroArch 1.7.5 - Luma 9.1 - Boot9strap 1.3 - Firmware 11.9.0-42.

Edit:
Problem:
N3DSXL Freeze in "Load Archive" Screen, After selecting the ROM.
ROM's Working:
- KOF 94 to 98
- MSG X, MSG, MSG 2, MSG 4
- Samurai Showdown 1 to 4

You didn't say what your problem is, so I'm guessing the games won't run for you.

Arcade game ROMs are rearranged and changed very often compared to console ROMs, and most arcade emulators won't run a game if it's different to the ROMs the emulator recognizes. You should check which version of Final Burn Alpha RetroArch on 3DS is using, and then search specifically for ROMs for that version of FBA.

Sorry, I edit the thread with my problem.

Some original ROMs are supposedly too large for 3DS memory to handle. There may be clone/bootleg versions of the roms out there that work better.

Arcade core compatibility can be s crapshoot.

Trying out the MAME 2000 and stand alone FBA Neo Geo cores and their corresponding ROMs might not hurt; there's a bunch of ways to get Neo Geo running on an N3DS.

FBA 0.2.97.44 ROM's for this...
According to Libretro's GitHub, the Neo Geo emulator they include on 3DS is this one:
Final Burn Alpha 2012. Port of Final Burn Alpha to Libretro (0.2.97.24). Standalone core for Neo Geo.
It sounds like your ROMs are for current versions of Final Burn Alpha. A lot can change in arcade ROMs in 7 years, so you would have better luck finding older FBA version ROMs.
