Homebrew riskys of linking new NNID ?

hey all!
I have my new 3DS hacked since I got it (a used one ) and hacked it, them updated to the new way from that .guide site everything working fine actually and not banned (I think). It's a time it was there without much use.
It came with a linked NNID that I haven't cared to unlink back them, but these days (actually around Christmas lol) I got a download code that I don't know what exactly is and wanted to get it, so I wanted to unlink that account and link mine (that I ha don my O3DS that broke), update luma, system and them eshop use the code, but I can be banned/ lost my installed stuff if I do that? or anything else?

I don't understand much about band since thes aid that I could not play online in updated system but before that update I played smash(freeshoped long ago) and mario kart(original cart) online a bit and I still can play (except that I'm not updated now)

well i din't we don't really have Nintendo customer services here :unsure: (Brazil)
since I manually unlieked it from the old 3DS trying to do stuff, if I remove the NNID in godmod, could link it " normally", right?

nnid is kept in server side of ninty, when you call them (US) you need to prove yourself you do own a certain nnid (US),
eg. they may ask what legit games you ever purchased for your particular nnid, to see if it matches the server record.

well I think I can't call them , but also I have not bought anything, but I had reddened some codes

    Eventhough the New 3DS XL is more powerful, I still feel like the DS Lite was a more polished system. It's a real shame that it never got an XL variant keeping the GBA slot. You'd have to go on AliExpress and buy an ML shell to give a DS phat the unofficial "DS Lite" treatment, and that's the best we'll ever get I'm afraid.

    @Jayro, I don't see whats so special about the DS ML, its just a DS lite in a phat shell. At least the phat model had louder speakers, whereas the lite has a much better screen.
