Gaming RPG Maker DS DLC

Simply put, the available DLC for the RPG Tool DS ( RPG Tsukuru DS / RPG Maker DS ) gets erased every time there is an update (except for a few persistent pieces). Is there any way to access or otherwise acquire this old DLC?
