Hard about that one. Not a shed of regret, doubt or introspection on the guy. No evidence either, but just the whole 'corrupt court' spiel again.

It's interesting to see that the court awarded more than the election workers wanted, but Jesus... Even Donald Trump knows when to back off. Did he really think he could just pretend the case wasn't closed? He fucking intimidated and shamed innocent election workers.

This is actually bad news overall if you are anti Giuliani since it means he will never actually pay that debt
Nah, this is something called a non-dischargeable debt since his crime was done with fraud and malice, so even bankruptcy can't stop him from having to give all his money to the plaintiffs. They can go after his estate if he ever wants to pass that on, they have access to a portion of his pension, etc.

The only thing that would allow him to not have to give every penny to them would be death.

Interesting

Apparently the judge ordered him to pay the multimillion ruling immediately, but filing bankruptcy means the order is stayed currently - which will give him time to appeal or attempt to hide assets instead of immediately forking over everything he owns

Yep, he'll try everything he can to legally postpone what he is going to be forced to do. But in the end, he'll be hounded for the rest of his life to anything he has. He has a 6 million dollar NY apartment that's going to be liquidated I'm sure. If he so much as sips an expensive wine in the future, he'll be told to give that money to them.
