This is random science post I found on reddit. It shows how a light pulse bounces off a mirror in an insane 100 Billion (!) FPS recording. If you think about it, it's pretty impressive. Check it out here.

It's amazing how technology like this evolves.

A few years ago there was that laser pulse through a Coke unspecified carbonated beverage bottle recording, where they used a camera with one trillion frames per second, but they still had to shoot a different pulse for each frame because that's still too slow to actually capture the motion of light. This setup here looks similar. Is it really one pulse, or is this a composite of several passes?
