Hacking [SD2VITA] Error when installing VPKs/MAI C0-15012-9

So I'm pretty new to Vita Hacking, but I'm having a weird issue which i think is related to my SD2Vita
I have a Vita Slim (2000) with Henkaku Enso and SD2VITA with a 128GB Sandisk Class 10 UHS-1 MicroSD
When ever i install a VPK or MAI file using Molecular Shell, VitaShell or MaiDumpTool i also get the same error, C0-15012-9
The Vita will then reboot into safe mode and give me two options Restart or Format Memory Card

When pressing Restart, the Vita boots fine with Enso, and whatever i was trying to install, will have installed fine

I have absolutely no idea where to start and would appreciate any ideas >.<

So i think i fixed it
Made a backup of my SD card and formatted it again using zzblank, and put everything back on
Seems to be working fine now
