I think it would be nice if GBATemp has the option to make Public / Private threads, blog entries and whatnot.

Public means that site visitors (those who are not registered) can see the post if they've found it via Web Browser.

Private means that the post is only accesible to registered users. Perhaps, GBATemp could prompt a message that displays the legend: "You have to be registered to see the contents of this post" or something like that.
