My computer says that my .iso (from the demo) is 4.7 GB. How is that possible?

all wii games are 4.7GB even scrubbed ones. Scrubbing doesn't delete parts of the file just makes them easier to compress. When you convert it to wbfs, ciso, or some other format you'll see that it's about 1GB

Point being, as soon as it is converted (loaded into WBFS programs) it will be around 1GB.. which is exactly the thing I said. But thanks for correcting anyways, been out of this scene for a LONG while

I ran into the same problem. Where the empty lines are between codes, make sure there are no spaces. Easiest way to check is highlight everything in the text file and if there's anything highlighted on the "blank" lines, delete it so that it's just a new line.

Did you by any chance use Ocarina Cheat Code Manager?
If so thats the issue.
Just create an empty .txt on the desktop and paste the content, transfer to the HDD, manage cheats in cfg, select the cheats you want and finally chose convert to gct - play!

I just recalled that Nintendo snuck something into the Super Mario Galaxy 1 demo, you could do something like a button combination on the title screen to unlock additional demo levels.

For people with Motion + calibration issues, I honestly don't think it's a bug, but I know what causes it (in the demo). I never lose calibration while swinging the sword, running around, etc. It's caused by the Hero's Bow and the Beetle. Once you use either of those items, if you move your remote too soon (before the aiming reticle appears on the screen) on either item, unless you have your remote pointed at the dead center of your screen, it causes calibration issues. It's much like pressing down on the D-pad before you pick a zone to go to.

For example, say you want to use the Bow. You press B to use it and immediately move your remote somewhere that's not the middle of the screen (or where you were pointing when you pressed B). Once the aiming reticle shows up, no matter where your remote is pointed at that time, the reticle for the Bow always shows up in the middle of the screen (or wherever your remote was pointing when you pressed B).

Actually, I suppose this is still a bug, but the people saying that the calibration just randomly messes up is simply untrue. If it is, then it's time to get either a new Motion + or a Wii Remote +.
