You have wireless communication on and still failed? In that case look up the titleID of the game on fbi, and you need to find the seed file online somewhere, and put it on a folder on the root of your sdcard SD:FBI/Seed/*put seed file here*.

My cousin has this issue before. What I did is I reinstalled the CTR Nand all over again and reformatted the device after install.

i uninstalled update and tried to no luck, so installed a different update and it works now. i guess it had a corrupted update?

I couldn't find it, maybe that's why it failed on fbi because it couldn't find it. Anyway, do you have an update/dlc for the game installed? If so, uninstall them with fbi and try again.
