Homebrew Smashbroshax-- can it work on old 3ds?

The question sums it up, and if yes, is there a simple tutorial? Or a better hax that works on 11.4 and doesn't require a paid game? (Have the smash cartridge)

No hax works on 11.4 on o3DS because there are no payloads available, which was also stated on that page. You're SOL for now.
