Homebrew Some Quick (And Likely Easy) A9LH and DSi Downgrade Questions

1. Will System Transferring with my EmuNAND brick either console?

2. Are the directions/important stuff on the top screen during a transfer? If so, what are they and how important? (Half of my top screen is broken)

3. Could Nintendo patch A9LH and if they do, do we have anything to protect ourselves? (Maybe automatic httpwn hopefully)

1. I purchased the DsiWare game on a Emunand of my O3DS, and transferred to another console without problems.
2. Not really in my opinion, IIRC, it only contains a bunch of text and instructions, just be sure to transfer using option 1 or 3, as 2 won't transfer the exploit.
3. No idea to be honest.
