anyone knows if there's something like xlink kai that supports nds and/or wii ?

For the record xlink kai, hamachi and similar services are virtual private networks (VPNs) by any other name. They are designed to bridge local networks.
Such a thing is theoretically possible to do for the DS but the DS local wireless play (usually called nifi) is a bit different to standard wifi protocols, this would then require hacked cards and all sorts of annoying things along those lines, such a technique being known as tunnelling. However it would allow you to play what were previously local only games, or local only modes, over the internet (at least until ping and dropped packets break it).

The save wifi project ( http://gbatemp.net/threads/save-nin...e-online-servers-for-ds-and-wii-games.362717/ ) is working to replicate Nintendo's online servers, indeed they now have proof of concept and alpha type builds of programs to do it. This will then hopefully allow wifi and even some DLC type things to continue to work for the games that are supported by the project. For the most part this will allow you to do much the same for a lot of games, or at least their sequels but going by your title it is not quite what you asked for.
