Gaming Spirit Tracks Sav file in downloads?

I looked in the Download section at the top of the page, to look for a Meggaman ZX file, so I went to the latest saves... And I see a Zelda Spirit Tracks Save file, does anyone know what the hell the poster of the save file is on about, he starts to say ''its alll the same as PH at the beggining''... I was like o.O What?

Sounds to me like some fool renaming a Phantom Hourglass save to Spirit Tracks and making up a description to go with it.
The game certainly couldn't possibly have been leaked this far in advance.
