Gaming Street Fighter 3DS - How to perform a Ultra Combo?

Hi,
can someone please explain me what I have to press exactly to perform a ultra combo?

I am able to do a super combo easily but I do not get what the game wants me to hit for a ultra combo. I even have the manual but I do not understand the instructions lol.

I am getting too old for this sh*t

For the ultra comba its quarter semi-circle twice (similar to super combo) followed by either all three kick buttons (low, med, high) or all three punch buttons (low, med, high) at the same time, hope this helps.

thx. now I get it. I just realized that R is a kick button too. I thought I had to press KICK three times really fast.

It seems to me that the game usually does not distinguish between the different kick or punch types when performing a combo. That is why I have not used L and R so far.
