is there anyway to inject whats needed in order to activate the ability to get all the puzzle pieces instead of the default ones

i have a second 3ds system that has 1.2k puzzle pieces that ive been transferring over since it now has a broken screen

but the main 3ds system only sees the default puzzles that shipped with mii plaza

and i dont believe its possible to get spotpass updates for mii plaza anymore so is there a way to inject that?

also i know i could transfer over the data directly but my main system also has all my meeted people and i think that transferring the save would remove those

unless theres a way for me to do it without erasing the people i met and only update the puzzle swap?

update: (will update further later)
backing up and restoring the boss data from the old system to the new one seems to have "unlocked" the newer puzzles as far as i can tell tho its a smaller number ill see if a streetpass tomorrow lets me view all the rest

okay so update to that update:
restoring the spotpass boss data from another 3ds that had it did the trick and i was able to access all the puzzles it had and receive pieces from it

It would be cool if there was some file floating around online with all the pieces and whatnot. I live in a small, shitty town. And only had the opportunity to Street Pass in a meaningful way -- and get those pieces -- when I traveled to big cities and airports and whatnot.

If you figure out how that would be awesome as i only have a few pieces left to get and i'll be happy.

oh i actually did you just have to copy the spotpass data from another 3ds to your own and then encounter another 3ds and the pieces will be collectible otherwise only the pieces you have the spotpass for (which as far as i know is no longer sent out periodically by nintendo so id you dont have it you wont get it) the pieces to be collectible

i could provide one in ~100 pieces from now you could also use an online meet.dat save editor but i like doing it legit

you can restore this boss data with jksv

note this wont unlock any pieces it will simply allow you to collect all puzzles from another system that has the pieces (new puzzles were broadcasted using spotpass data without that you cant collect the pieces even if the system already has them)

Usually when such a big title leaks the Temp will be the first to report about it (going off of historical reports here, Pokemon SV being the latest one I can recall seeing pop up here)

I still like how a freaking mp3 file hacks webos all that security defeated by text yet again

I want a 120hz 4k tv but crazy how more expensive the 120hz over the 60hz are. Or even more crazy is the price of 8k's.
  • K3Nv2 @ K3Nv2:
No real point since movies are 30fps
  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
Not a big movie buff, more of a gamer tbh. And Series X is 120hz 8k ready, but yea only 120hz 4k games out right now, but thinking of in the future.
  • K3Nv2 @ K3Nv2:
Mostly why you never see TV manufacturers going post 60hz

I only watch tv when i goto bed, it puts me to sleep, and I have a nas drive filled w my fav shows so i can watch them in order, commercial free. I usually watch Married w Children, or South Park

I got my Dad a firestick for Xmas and showed him those 3rd party sites on Kodi, he loves it, all he watches anymore. He said he has got 3 letters from AT&T already about pirating, but he says f them, let them shut my internet off (He wants out of his AT&T contract anyways)
  • K3Nv2 @ K3Nv2:
That's where stremio comes to play never got a letter about it
  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
I just use a VPN, even give him my login and password so can use it also, and he refuses, he's funny.
  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
I had to find and get him an old style flip phone even without text, cause thats what he wanted. No text, no internet, only phone calls. Old, old school.

@BigOnYa, Lol I bought a new USB card reader thing on AliExpress last month for I think like 87 cents. Free shipping from China... It arrived it works and honestly I don't understand how it was so cheap.
