Misc Super Mario RPG: CRASH after level up

Asking for some feedback, hopefully. I've been playing on my old Nintendo Switch (REAL cartridge version, not digital) super mario RPG, for like 10 hours, without ANY problem. I was in Nimbus land, and after levelling up when there's the transition between the lvl up screen and the overworld, the game crashes and brings me back to the switch menu.
Am i the first one? Any one here? Thanks.
