Hacking Switch 9.2- Unable to download games on HBG! Help?

I have a problem trying to download games from HBG store. Have had no success. On console tab it says install failed, looking for mirror. Game just never loads and says failed.

Make sure the system clock is set correctly
and running latest version
with latest sigpatches installed
and firmware and update your sd files
