The Splatoon 2 bundle will likely be on 3.0.0 or lower. However, in order to be able to download Splatoon 2 from the eShop with the free download code that's included, you would have to update to 4.1.0.

Found a guy that has some Nintendo Switch Non with serials XAJ400116 , XAJ400119 ad XAJ400136
From what I see all of them are 2.2.0 or 2.3.0.
Does t matter, would you go for lowest or 119 / 136 are still save enough?
I've heard that newer Switches has joy's problem repaired, but I don't know which ones.

TBH I'm not sure as they are local for me so never used their shipping. They have live chat on their website so would be best to ask them
