Hi all,
I have a real weird Switch Lite on my workbench.
It came in cause of Blue Screen of Death. I reballed the APU and RAM and cause of an short I swapped the MAX77620 and 77812 with a new one.
The switch is going fine now, I added a new battery, new touchscreen and new LCD display.
Booting is fine, everything is working. I can charge the battery with 15V an 700mamps and play games without any problems.
But now: If I power off the switch by long press the button after around 30s it automatically start again. What the Hell?
I m not sure which ICs can cause a start. To find the issue I disconnected the whole separate Power/Joycon by disconnecting the flex near the battery connector. But the switch will automatically start from any communications of the ICs.
Could it be the MAX77620 with a little bad ball on the enable line or is it fired by I2C only?
This is crazy. Thought I was finished and now that!
Best regards
