Hacking Switching from corrupted sd card to new one

My sd card recently got corrupted, and I'm switching to a new one. I was using a 11.0 emunand with luma/reinand on arm9loaderhax new 3ds. My emunand is fucked, all the games are gone and have no header except for super Mario 3d land. Everything else is fine. I managed to get a few saves. My emunand backup and sysnand backup got fucked too, and I'm not sure if I have a copy of my emunand on my computer. Is there anything I should do while switching?

even if you find your emunand backup you cant restore saves\games because you lost your nintendo 3ds folder sadly there is nothing you can do

My sd card got corrupted too recently. You need your Nintendo 3ds folder. If it's corrupt, like mine, you have to start over with installing everything again. You can only inject some saves if you backed them up with jk save manager. Good luck
