Gaming Tatsunoko vs. Capcom: Ultimate All-Stars Online Won't Connect

I have this problem working Tatsunoko vs. Capcom: Ultimate All Stars in online mode for my Nintendo Wii. I can run Mario Kart Wii and many other Wii games online perfectly but when i go to player match it says it's finding a match and I left it on there fore 10 minutes and it didn't find anyone! I've tried on several several occasions but for some reason this is always the same result.

I run this game on CFG usbloader and im wondering if there's a patch of somesort that I need, I have a PAL Wii and the PAL version of the game (from a torrent) and wonder if that's why
