Actually, this isn't all that unbelievable. All of this is possible at the moment, but is far too expensive to implement. Besides, with all the glass there would be vandalism all over the place.

I'd say that this would be a realistic goal for 2020, but it won't be until at least 2030 that we see it this way.

this annoyed me, because it can be done now. but this would burn up a TON of energy. the way we generate energy now would not be enough for most people to live in this manner. i run crazy electronics and my apt is heated with electric, bill in winter is around 110-150 and i keep it pretty cold. i imagine the bill would triple if all these devices were implemented.

Good God, is there any place in the 2020 home that doesn't have a bloody computer? Must we have an iPOD touch plastered to everything we can see? Man, that's scary if you ask me. It would be cool to play Mario on a dinner mat though, lol.

Some of it could really be true, I have no doubt the most high tech buildings in the world be like that.
It's really possible, but like it's have already been said here, it would get very dirty and scratched pretty soon.
Especially that part with the bus part, that would just get smudged very bad.

It wouldn't get smudged, oh no, it would be smashed on the ground in smitherenes. And also it would be great if I could put my see-through phone on a bench and have it full screen.
