Hacking Hardware The Model of MOSFETs on Ribbon Cable

Thanks to JaRocker for posting SX Core PCB (https://gbatemp.net/threads/sx-core-pcb-leaked.591580/) .But there is no BOM of Ribbon Cable (SXV2).I want to know the model of MOSFETs on ribbon cable. Hope some kindhearted one could tell me, many thanks!​

On the chipnx (hwfly v4) flex cables it’s NP2016.

Edited: oh, and, the gate-to-ground resistors are 500 ohm (and zero ohm resistor between the gates).
