PS1/2 Think I been sheisted

I received my Action Replay in the mail today... I think. It came in a big snazzy tin that says AR MAX for Playstation 2. The instruction booklet inside is for the PSP version. And the CD included says Media Creator Software. It's for the PC and cannot be read by the PS2.
